StemsAI (the "Service") is a web application owned and operated by INLine-COMPUTERS ("the Operator", "we", "us"), a small UK-based project.

2.1 Audio data
The Service uses the Web Audio API to process audio files locally on your device. Your audio stems, mix settings and exported files
remain on your computer. They are not transmitted to our servers or to third parties.
2.2 Personal data (email, accounts)
The current version of StemsAI does not require an account and does not collect your name or email
address through this website. If we introduce optional accounts, email lists or a paid Pro tier in future, this page will be updated
before those features go live.
2.3 Cookies, local storage & consent
The Service uses a small amount of browser storage to make the site work smoothly:
• Essential storage: we may use local storage (and similar technologies) to remember things like UI preferences,
recently used settings, or whether you have dismissed informational banners. This data stays on your device and is not used to track
you across other websites.
• Analytics consent: we store your choice to accept or reject anonymous analytics in
localStorage (for example analytics_consent = "granted" or "denied"). This is used only so we
do not keep asking you every visit.
In the UK and EU, non-essential analytics are only activated after you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you click “Reject analytics”, no analytics scripts are loaded.
2.4 Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand how people use the site – for example which pages are popular and
whether features like the mixer are being used. This helps us improve the Service.
GA4 is loaded only after you give consent via the cookie banner. When enabled:
• GA4 sets cookies to distinguish visits and measure usage patterns.
• We have configured GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not see or store your full IP address.
• We have disabled Google Signals and do not use GA4 for personalised advertising or remarketing.
• Data we view in GA4 is aggregated and pseudonymous (for example, page paths, device type, approximate region).
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and site data for chiptuneai.app in your browser and then
choosing “Reject analytics” when the banner reappears.
2.5 Your rights (UK / EU)
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have certain rights under data protection law, including the
right to ask for more information about how we use data, to request correction or deletion of any personal data we may hold about
you, and to object to certain types of processing. Because this Service is designed to avoid collecting identifiable information
wherever possible, we normally have very little personal data about visitors. If you have any questions or concerns, you can email

3.1 Licence to use
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use StemsAI for personal or commercial music production
purposes, subject to these Terms.
3.2 Intellectual property (your content)
You retain full copyright and ownership of any audio files you import into the Service and any derivative works (mixes/masters)
you create using it. INLine-COMPUTERS does not claim rights over your musical creations.
3.3 Intellectual property (our software)
The source code, visual design, audio processing techniques and “StemsAI” branding are the intellectual property of
INLine-COMPUTERS. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, copy or resell the application.
4.1 “As is” service
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the stability, uptime or
compatibility of the Service with your specific device or browser.
4.2 Data loss
Browser-based audio processing can be resource-intensive. INLine-COMPUTERS shall not be liable for any direct or
indirect damages resulting from the use of this Service, including but not limited to: browser crashes, project data loss or audio
file corruption. You are responsible for backing up your original audio files.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (for example, YouTube, Suno, Udio). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites. StemsAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Suno, Udio or any other AI music generation platform.
We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be indicated via a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
